I am turning 40 today. Happy birthday to me !! :)

I think that it is a great opportunity to look back at the 10 past years of my life. Take a moment to check what I would have done differently.

This isn’t remorse or regret. You can’t go back and change the past. And I hate regrets and remorse because it just hurt and make us feel bad.

This is more of a feedback for the younger ones and for myself, because it’s better to start the change now than in 10 years.

1. Take care of my mental health and get help from the right professionals:

I went through a difficult time in my early thirties. It was a long and short story at the same time. But the impact was devastating, and it affected me for many years after. Now I’m not sure if I regret following my heart, I tried my best. But I’m sure I would have done many things differently. First, I would have taken care of my mental health and gotten help from the right people. At the time, I isolated myself and it made me very fragile.

Don’t hesitate to seek help from professionals to avoid falling into depression.
